In 2013, Utage Hawaii tasked Takushi Studio with designing their dine-in & take-out menus and revamp their existing website. Fast-forward to the start of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the new design challenge was to create cleanable menus that could be disinfected after each use & ready for the next set of customers.
